Marc Forgione is a rising star in the culinary world. I love watching him do his thing on TV, so it's no surprise that I appreciate hearing his thoughts on innovating in the kitchen.
I especially enjoy what he has to say about that experience of competing to win the title of "Iron Chef":
"Being on The Next Iron Chef, for me it kind of opened up a portal of creativity... You are more or less sequestered for those 6 weeks, and all you can do is cook. And it opened something inside me that hasn't really been turned off since."
I'd kill to have 6 weeks when all I get to do is cook all day. ◉
